Infernal Conduit
Arena augment. PRISMATIC. Appearing in a recommendation list is not a claim it will be offered.
What it does
Your ability hits apply a Burn for 5 seconds that deals persistent magic damage (1 second cooldown per cast instance). This Burn stacks infinitely and refreshes with each application. Damage over time abilities can apply the effect only once every 2 seconds. Additionally, all of your Burn effects reduce the cooldowns of all your basic abilities for each tick of damage they deal to a target. This counts as a Burn source.
This generator recommends a shop pool. It is not an inventory, a buy order, or a win-rate tool. UNKNOWN and IF_OFFERED facts are labeled as such.
